Day Six of the Outside Agents Conference

Universal Studios hosted the entire monring session for us. We learned about new booking opportunities for us as well as what is coming to the theme park. After the morning session, we had a break and some of us elected to do resort tours. We went to three resorts, including the one I stay at, Cabana Bay. Since we had been in class all day, there were areas of the resort I did not know about! So it was good to be able to see some of the things I had missed. We visited three resorts in all and each one had it's own reasons for booking, depending on the clients and their needs. Each resort was designed and functional. Even though it was cold, we enjoyed being able to check out the other resorts and I look forward to booking clients into one of the Universal Resorts this year!
