Fun at Legoland, Florida

LEGOLAND Florida Resort is built for kids. But on a recent visit, my husband Vaughn and I felt like kids at heart! Located in Winter Haven, it is about 45 minutes from Orlando, Florida. The 150-acre interactive theme park offers more than 50 rides, shows and attractions, restaurants, shopping, a breathtaking botanical garden and the LEGOLAND Water Park all geared to families with children ages 2 to 12. The LEGOLAND Hotel is located just steps from the park entrance and features 152 rooms.
LEGOLAND is comprised of thirteen areas including The Beginning, Fun Town, Miniland USA, Duplo Valley, Lego Kingdom, Land of Adventure, Lego City, Imagination Zone, Lego Technic, Pirates Cove, Cypress (botanical) Gardens, Heartlake City, The LEGO World of Chima and even a LEGOLAND Water Park.
Miniland USA contains over 32 million LEGO bricks and amazing scenes from coast to coast all the way to a galaxy far, far away! It includes attractions from California, Florida (Kennedy Space Center), New York, Las Vegas, Star Wars, Pirate’s Shores and Washington, DC.
I took a lot of photos at the park but will narrow them down so you will get at least some idea of what the park is like. It is an amazing destination. Children really seem to love the rides and attractions. I was amazed at the attention to detail they were able to capture.
FYI: 1. There are cell phone charging stations located throughout the park! 2. Parking is $17 per car. 3. I am a LEGOLAND Specialist and can assist you with your plans to visit.
